The VA Space – Membership Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern membership access to The VA Space, owned and operated by The Exec Space Ltd.

By purchasing or accessing a membership to The VA Space, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not purchase or access the membership.

1. Membership Access

The VA Space is a digital membership designed to provide resources, community support and opportunities for Virtual Assistants.

Upon successful purchase, members will receive access to the membership area and its associated resources, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Downloadable guides

  • Social media resources

  • Job opportunities

  • Community spaces (including WhatsApp groups)

  • Member-only content and resources

  • Discounts or member benefits

The Exec Space reserves the right to modify, update or improve membership content at any time.

2. Membership Payments

Membership is billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.

By purchasing a membership you agree to the recurring payment terms unless stated otherwise.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of your membership access.

3. Founding Member Rate

Members who join under the Founding Member rate are granted access to a special introductory price.

If you cancel your membership at any time, you will not be able to rejoin at the Founding Member rate.

Any future rejoining will be subject to the standard membership pricing available at that time.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Protection

All materials provided within The VA Space membership are the exclusive intellectual property of The Exec Space Ltd.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Guides

  • Templates

  • Written resources

  • Social media content

  • Training materials

  • Member resources

  • Community discussions or shared materials

Members must not:

  • Copy membership content

  • Share content externally

  • Distribute downloads to non-members

  • Repost membership resources publicly

  • Replicate materials for resale or redistribution

Membership content is provided for personal use within your own business only.

Any evidence of copying, distributing or sharing membership content will result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

5. Community Conduct

Members are expected to maintain a respectful and supportive environment within the community.

The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:

  • Abuse, harassment or inappropriate behaviour towards other members

  • Spamming or excessive self-promotion

  • Direct selling or advertising services within community spaces unless approved

  • Poaching, soliciting or attempting to recruit other members for services or opportunities outside of the intended purpose of the community

Any breach of these community rules may result in immediate removal from the membership without refund.

6. Job Opportunities

From time to time, job opportunities may be shared within the membership.

While The VA Space may provide access to opportunities, The Exec Space Ltd does not guarantee employment, work placements or client relationships.

Members are responsible for their own agreements and working relationships with any potential clients.

7. Membership Termination

The Exec Space reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership access without notice if:

  • These Terms & Conditions are breached

  • Membership content is copied or distributed

  • Community rules are violated

  • Behaviour negatively impacts the membership environment

In such cases, no refund will be issued.

8. Liability

The resources provided within The VA Space are intended for educational and informational purposes only.

While we aim to provide helpful guidance and support, we cannot guarantee business results, income levels or client acquisition.

Members are responsible for how they choose to implement any information provided.

The Exec Space Ltd shall not be held liable for any business decisions, losses or outcomes resulting from the use of membership resources.

9. Changes to the Membership

The Exec Space reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue parts of the membership, including resources, pricing or features, at any time.

Any significant updates will be communicated to members where appropriate.
